Youth will meet once a week for one hour.  Games will be held at Weiler Park for the 5-6 year olds.

Coaches will inform players/families of game and practice times.

Chenango Fall Recreational Soccer program is county wide and takes place from late August through the end of October. Each community is responsible for registering their athletes and soliciting coaches.   Communities participating in this program are:  Norwich, Oxford, Unadilla Valley, Gilbertsville, Bainbridge, Sidney, Greene, Otselic Valley and Sherburne.

Teams will play against the same aged teams from neighboring communities with an expectation equal games will be played at home and away during the season.   Practices will occur in the teams hometown during the season.

Coaches will contact players as to when practices will begin.

Depending on space, late signups may not be accommodated.

Elevate Your Game Basketball Camp returns to the Norwich Family YMCA for its 12th summer.  Join us as we return to the court this summer.   The time is now to focus on skill development, individual drills that will prepare you for the next level of play.  Individual improvement is a must for every player and our camp will provide the repetitive drills to help you “Elevate Your Game”.

Join Oneonta State Head Woman’s Basketball coach Daphne Thompson, as she returns to the Norwich Y this summer.  With over 30 years of collegiate coaching, Coach Thompson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our camp as a former Division 1 athlete at University of Delaware and significant experience coaching at all levels;  Collegiate, AAU, NYS Empire State Games.  Coach Thompson’s camp staff are current collegiate players and additional college coaches visit too.

Grades 4-12

The youth will meet once a week for one hour.  Games will be held on Saturday mornings at various times at Weiler Park

Practices and game times will be provided by coaches.
