Ages 8 – 12

Practice will be held at the YMCA starting September 28, from 5:30pm – 7:00pm for 10 weeks.

This camp is useful for youth of all ages, ability levels and sports interests.  Focus will be on overall strength and cardiovascular health of the athlete.   Strength training will be age appropriate and transferable to all sports

Speed and agility training greatly benefits all ages by improving their sprint mechanics, footwork, quickness and coordination.   Any athlete, in any sport will be stronger, more conditioned and faster.
