 The New Year – New YOU! Program is a ten week fitness and nutrition program.

 Participants begin the program with a complete body composition measuring weight, body fat, skeletal muscle, BMI and inches. Another body comp is offered five weeks into the program, and again at the end, so participants can see their progress and results. 

 Record your exercise and track your diet on weekly “score sheets”

  • Try to accumulate as many exercise points as they can each week 
  • The nutritional point system encourages healthy eating and discourages poor dietary choices. 
  • Try to increase your scores every week  
  • Score sheets are turned in on a weekly basis
  • Feedback is provided on a weekly basis through group email
  • Shannon, the Health and Fitness Director, and her assistant, Pat D., will be available to you need advice on fitness or nutrition

 REDUCED FEE FOR EVERYONE! Join now!!

 Fee is $75 for Y Members and $75 for Non-Members (plus the cost of a 3 month membership).  If you, as a previous Get Fit program participant get someone to join who has not participated in the past, you only have to pay $50*!   So talk to your friends. They will be glad that you did!

*You and your partner must join and sign up together at the same time.

 IMPORTANT! Once you have registered, sign up with Shan or Pat for your initial body comp before January 25th!
